Innovative Surfaces' products are sold with a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) year from date of shipment. Innovative Surfaces reserves the right to repair or replace defective merchandise at its' sole discretion.

This warranty does not extend to any damage caused by shipping, accident, misuse, abuse, ordinary wear-and-tear, or incorrect installation of base. Scratches resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered. Innovative Surfaces makes no other warranty, expressed or implied.

To maintain warranty, all table tops must have adequate base support and be properly attached to the base. Product not adequately supported or mounted will risk voiding warranty. Please call for more information on base requirements and mounting instructions.

All requests for repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty must be in writing and reference the original purchase date, invoice number and description of defect. All products in question must be returned to Innovative Surfaces at the customer's expense to be evaluated. Please call for more information on returning product for repair or replacement purposes.
